Dallas Museum of Art Access Programs
Different events and programs for everyone, all ages and abilities.
Sensory friendly showing times at various AMC locations
The lights are turned up and the sound turned down.
Specifically for people with autism and other special needs
Family friendly showings are available on the second and fourth Saturday
For mature audiences, the showings are available on Wednesday evenings
Texas Rangers Accessibility Guide and Sensory Resources
An accessibility guide for the Texas Rangers including things like accessible seating, closed captions, noise cancelling headphones, sensory room etc

SOCIAL EVENTS
Daily meeting social skills group for ages 16+
Activities include swimming, bowling, board games etc
Classes including cooking, acting, painting, Spanish etc
Executive functioning and social skills RPG; Tuesdays 9am-12pm
PEERS social and relationship skills for young adults virtual); Tuesdays 4:30-6pm
College colab; every other Wednesday 7-8pm
Independent living and community experiences; Thursdays 9am-2pm
Career development and community services; Fridays 9am-12:30pm
College accountability; Fridays 12:30-3pm
A community for autistic adults and adolescents in the DFW area
Support groups on most Saturdays at 4pm
FITNESS / SPORTS
Using adaptive fitness to help people ages four and up with mental, physical and cognitive challenges including Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, rare genetic conditions, and many more conditions.
Champions Challenge gives every individual a chance to compete and train like an elite athlete
They work with individuals with Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, Tourettes Syndrome, Global Developmental Delay, Asperges Syndrome, Autism, Down Syndrome etc.
Texas Therapeutic Riding Center
Both children and adults with diverse needs are able to experience equine assisted activities and therapy.
Adaptive sports programs for children and adults with a primary diagnosis of a physical disability

Callier Center for Communication Disorders
Helping children and adults with speech, language and hearing disorders.
They provide various services including;
HOUSING / INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS
College Living Experience (CLE) helps people with autism spectrum disorder, NVLD, dyslexia and other disabilities gain the skills they need to become independent
They provide college support, career development, social skills and independent living assistance
Various independent living programs and classes
Small Group Financial Literacy Seminars (Virtual); Mondays, 6-7pm
Individual Coaching (In person and Virtual)
